Just a quick check-in. I’m still not back-back and working on this project, but I haven’t touched the models since early March and I wanted to just do a quickie render to keep the muscle-memory intact. More to come when I’m able to get back to this full-time.

Spent most of yesterday evening tracking down a lighting artifact that was manifesting itself as a leak of “radiation” from the impulse engines. OctaneRender is forgiving, but only to a point… the culprit was a couple of n-gons (polygons with more than four vertices) that were also light emitters.
